Thanks to the care of the lovely ladies from Hospice at Home, my husband Jeff was allowed to pass away peacefully, holding my hand. It meant such a lot to us. Jeff Was a lovely human being, a true gentleman, very clever and a gifted journalist and a lifelong Bolton Wanderers fan. After years battling early onset Alzheimer's , may he now rest in peace. He will be loved forever.
